All of our mills, minus disposables, are re-fillable. Remove the top knob (counterclockwise) to lift off the top of the mill to access the spice chamber. If you are re-filling a combo unit, you access the pepper chamber by following the same steps above.
Clean the exterior of your mill by wiping with a soft damp cloth. Avoid the use of chemicals and abrasives as these may damage the finish. Our grinding mechanisms are maintenance free under normal use. If spice inside your mill becomes wet, the spice will need to be removed. Our mills are not dishwasher safe.
Orders received by 1pm EST will ship same day. Orders received after 1pm EST or during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for customized orders. We do our best to accommodate rush orders and special requests.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. We issue refunds to the original payment method.
